There are always challenges in any launch, but in this case, this challenge proved to be one of the greatest. How can we convey everything that hop offers? What can we offer our customers that will help them use the line in their salons? What can we do to ensure that salon clients will enjoy an authentic experience? And what if that experience could be enjoyed by users and professionals alike?
With all these questions in mind, we worked on the idea of offering something simple—but not basic—and coming up with salon services that were effective, easy to do and profitable, which also delivered a truly bespoke experience and a moment of wellness in all aspects. This is how the HOP holistic rituals came about.
